Tiffany Walker
Tiffany WalkerExecutive Director
For more than 10 years, Tiffany Walker has served Seton Home in various leadership roles—most recently as COO, leading service delivery for its population of abused and neglected teen moms and their children.  Tiffany was promoted to Executive Director for Seton Home in July 2015 and most recently was promoted to also oversee St. PJ’s Children’s Home. Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for developing programming to transform the care model into a positive culture of care for youth facing crisis. Tiffany is actively championing a transformation in the culture of Seton Home and St. PJ’s with her implementation of a Trauma Informed Care model for the children served in the shelter and residential programs.  She looks forward to further expanding Seton Home and St. PJ’s reach into the community and continuing to provide exceptional care to the families in need.
Rey Acosta
Rey AcostaVice President of Programs
Rey is responsible for direct implementation of the services and supports provided to children. This includes tracking and maintaining the goals, objectives, and outcomes related to the Global Intervention Plan for each child care and program operation, as well as supervision of care staff, compliance with procedures, and quality assurance. Rey began his career with St. PJ’s in 2004 as direct care staff and team leader. His continued commitment and progressive responsibilities have provided opportunities for him to advance to Associate Residential Program Supervisor, Associate Director of Recruitment and Training, and Human Resources Manager.
Janina Guajardo
Janina GuajardoProgram Director--International Children's Services
Janina is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker and Licensed Child-Care Administrator.   As an employee of St. PJ’s for over 14 years, Janina has developed an awareness, understanding and appreciation of the needs and challenges faced by children in care.  She is dedicated to the safety and well-being of the children served, and has a proven track record of not only maintaining service standards, but also improving them.  Janina demonstrates a hands on leadership approach and is committed to providing the highest quality of care and service delivery. Janina is a mother of three, wife and child advocate.

Jamie Moody
Jamie MoodyFoster/Adopt Program Director

Jamie Moody is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator. She’s worked in the service of at risk youth and their families or child welfare for 20 years has spent nine years at St. PJ’s.
