The St. PJ’s Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides services to youth living in St. PJ’s Residential Program who are between the ages of 14 through 17. The TLP provides or arranges a set of service components for youth for whom family reunification, placement with previous caretakers or extended family, or adoption have been found to be an inappropriate or unfeasible plan. These components are designed to enable our adolescents to successfully prepare for and make the transition to independence.

Examples of program components are eligibility to live in on-campus apartments, college preparation, career advice, job placement assistance, financial guidance, and cooking classes.
